Our chef traveled across Italy in search of those kitchens. Not the famous restaurants, but the home kitchens — where nonnas cook the way their mothers taught them, and their grandmothers before that. He sat at their tables, learned their dishes, and discovered what real Italian cooking truly is. It's humble. It's made slowly, with care. And it was never meant for a menu — it was meant for the people you love, gathered around one table. That is the tradition he brought to Marco's. New ownership, the same promise: every dish made with patience, every guest welcomed like family.
